Mix
Weighed note from the shop: about a kilo of terahertz, plus 75 g each of jade, tourmaline, and quartz. That lands near the other way he describes it — about 80% terahertz, the rest split evenly. Amethyst can stand in for the quartz. Scatter them. Don’t stripe the dish.

Aluminum dish · epoxy bed · stones · bulb clear of the liner
The bulb sits in the throat of the reflector. The stones live in the epoxy, not against bare aluminum, and not touching the glass.

First fire
Epoxy hard. Stones don’t shift. Bulb seated in a fixture rated for that wattage.
Non-flammable surface. Cord and clamp outside the cone. Nothing cloth near the dish.
Stay with it. The full lamp throws real heat. Kill power if the socket or cord smells or discolors.
Short sessions first. He tells people to go slow, and he has watched someone have to stop.

Shop rules
Ventilate while you mix JB Weld and while the heat gun is on it. Don’t breathe the warm mix.
250 W infrared will burn skin and light nearby fabric. Never leave it running alone.
Don’t stare into the bulb. Dry hands. No water on the bench.
If anyone feels dizzy or off, switch it off. That is a stop rule, not a benefit.
